PATHWAYS
PATHWAYS for Catechist Formation is a diocesan certification program for parish catechists of adults, youth and children. PATHWAYS provides a program of learning that includes a curriculum of study, prayer and reflection to prepare catechists for the important ministry of sharing their faith with the parish community.

VIRTUS
All volunteers who work with children at Epiphany are required to attend a VIRTUS training session as well as complete state and local background screenings. The VIRTUS Protecting All God's Children Program is designed to help adults become protectors of children, and to help communities provide safe environments for children and youth. The Protecting God's Children® program has been adopted by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond to ensure safe environments in all parishes, schools and diocesan programs.
