We Walk By Faith Parish Process
On the weekend of December 1-2, all members of the Epiphany parish community were asked to participate in a survey to assess the strengths of our parish and its ministries, and to identify areas that need improvement. As part of an ongoing process, the Pastoral Council completed a self assesment based on discussions with parishioners and with the survey results. You can read both the survey results and the self assessment that was submitted to Bishop DiLorenzo by clicking the links at the end of this paragraph. The Pastoral Council, Finance Council, and Parish Staff have met as a group to discuss the results and to begin work with the various parish ministries to create a list of action items to be addressed in both the short and long term.
