Faith Formation
Epiphany’s Youth Ministry faith formation programs meet on Sunday evenings.
Edge | Middle School Religious Education
Edge equips our middle schoolers to be disciples of the faith! It provides a safe fun place for youth to find solid Catholic community, to get answers to their questions about faith, and most importantly, to experience Jesus in a profound and personal way. Edge resources speak to the physical, psychological, cognitive, relational, and spiritual maturation of middle school youth. The resources present Catholic teaching in a way that young people can understand.
Life Teen | High School Religious Education
Life Teen has one main goal: leading teens closer to Christ. Our staff and volunteers strive to equip our high school students with the tools they need to live authentic Catholic lives in our culture today. With the Blessed Virgin Mary as our intercessor and guide, Life Teen seeks to unleash the fullness of the Sacramental power present within the young Church.
Youth Retreats
Retreats are vital to Christian life. Jesus Himself modeled this by regularly stepping back to find rest and pray. Here at Epiphany, we offer several annual retreats to help teenagers grow in faith and community.
Middle School Retreats
- Spring Middle School Retreat: Held every March.
- EPIC: Our exciting summer gathering in August.
High School Retreats
- Winter Retreat: A refreshing start in January.
- Diocesan Youth Conference (DYC): A powerful weekend in February.
- Work Camp: A week of service and fellowship in June.

Sacrament Preparation
Purpose | Confirmation Preparation
Teens who are at least 15 years of age and in the 10th grade are eligible to prepare and receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. This is an exciting milestone in their faith. During Confirmation preparation, teens will attend classes, choose a sponsor, and attend a special retreat. Purpose not only prepares our teens to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation; it also instills in our teens the desire to be leaders of the faith.

Core Team
Adult Mentors
Teens need healthy mentorship as they grow in their faith. Core teams are groups of adults whose common goal is helping teens grow closer to Christ! Does this mean that we need to know everything about religion and be able to quote the Catechism cover to cover? Absolutely not. It means that core team members are willing to be their authentic selves and journey with our teens as they dive deeper into their faith. If you are interested in mentoring our teens on their faith journey, contact Bill McTiernan, Youth Ministry Coordinator for information.
